Dining With Friends is for members only. An initial one visit as a guest member is allowable. There is a flat membership fee of £50.00 per year.
The inclusive price of the dining events in restaurants generally includes a pre-dinner drink, a three-course meal, two glasses of wine, coffee and service. The inclusive price of pub dining events generally includes a pre-meal drink, a main course and dessert and a glass of wine. Additional drinks may be purchased direct with the venue.
Bookings should be made in advance, preferably as soon as you have consulted the programme and your diary. You can make the booking by telephone, email or via the booking form. You will be asked to send a cheque made payable to 'Dining With Friends' as soon as possible to confirm your booking. Cancelled bookings are only refundable if an advance deposit has not been paid to the restuarant.
Bookings will be confirmed with specific details of the event ie. a map and car parking arrangements.
In the unlikely event that Dining With Friends has to cancel an event, we will endeavour to contact everyone at least 48 hours before the event and a full refund will be given.
Dining With Friends reserves the right to amend membership conditions, and to refuse or cancel membership without giving reason. Dining With Friends does not accept liability for events outside it's control, or those related to the venues we visit. Dining With Friends cannot guarantee the status of other members.
Please remember that if anything is not to your satisfaction please let us know on the evening as we can then take some corrective action - we aim to please - we really want you to enjoy yourself.
